Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifications do you have?

We are insured, DBS checked and have completed our Level 2 Pet First Aid Training. We are happy to provide proof of all these documents if requested by our clients.

My pet needs to go to the vet whilst in your care, will you take them?

Of course we will. Every client must complete our pet registration form for each of their pets separately. On this form an emergency contact must be provided along with the full details of the preferred veterinary practice. We will ALWAYS try to contact yourself first, followed by your emergency contact if we can't reach you prior to going to a vet unless we deem it an emergency and need to act first. We ask all clients to sign our disclaimer allowing us to take your pet to a vet and do whatever is necessary for the wellbeing and health of the pet based on vetinary advice.

Can we expect you to keep our home clean and tidy?

Whether it be a full time pet sit or drop in visits, during every visit to your home we will always do the basic spot clean, change water and feed your pets as required alongside any listed services. For times when you are away from home for longer periods we will pick up your post, open and close curtains / turn lights on and off and even do a small shop on your behalf so you can come home to some essentials in your fridge if you wish! Not only will your pets benefit from staying at home without the hassle and stress of boarding but your house will also be more secure with us either staying there or visiting throughout the day.

Can you pet sit multiple pets?

Yes and we regularly do. Please get in touch with your requirements.

How can I contact you to check on my pet whilst I'm away?

We keep in contact with pet owners whilst they are away, we usually use WhatsApp as that tends to be the preferred method especially for photos when abroad. You will be given full contact details for us at the time of booking.

How do I know you can be trusted to care for my home and pet(s)?

We will carry out a full consultation with yourselves and a meet and greet with your pets prior to any booking. This consultation will be free of charge in your own home at a time to suit you. During the consultation we will ensure we have all the details recorded to enable us to give your pets the best possible care as well as you having the opportunity to ask any questions. We are fully insured, DBS checked and Level 2 Pet First Aid Trained.
